Class List

‘You never forget a beautiful thing that you have made,’ [Chef Bugnard] said. ‘Even after you eat it, it stays with you - always.’
— Julia Child, "My Life in France"

Each baking class is conducted in your kitchen with your appliances. In order to allow each class member to have the opportunity to participate, classes are limited to four people. Classes run approximately 4-1/2 hours with an additional 30 minutes set up time needed prior to the start of class. I bring my own utensils and the necessary ingredients. Class members are supplied with a copy of each recipe made during the class as well as a copy King Arthur Flour’s Master Weight Chart, which is available online at King Arthur Flour’s web site.

You can choose from the following classes or contact me to create your own plan. Check back often as the class list is always changing.
